Is a Holographic Fashion Show For VR Clothing the Future?  

Amber Slooten, a Dutch fashion designer and graduate from AMFI (Amsterdam Fashion Institute), created a holographic catwalk show for an entirely VR clothing range, all showcased on a real model during Amsterdam Fashion Week. 

The show was a collaboration with Dutch artists Pinar&Viola, as part of her graduation project to create a mixed reality virtual fashion collection on a hologram. Amber used CLO to create the virtual garments that were draped on a real-life model in the fashion show. 

Through the project, Amber and Pinor&Viola aimed to show that technology plays a fundamental role in the future of fashion, industry, and our planet.
