With respect to the change which enables users to use all CLO Services with one CLO-SET account, we will be updating our Terms of Use to enhance your experience with our services, which come into effect on March 19th, 2024.

In this update, we're introducing terms to accommodate our individual users with new integrated account structure, binding arbitration, class action waiver, new address for notice claims, and reorganization of service specific terms as Additional Terms for better navigation. If you are an existing user of our Services and have executed an agreement prior to this update, the clause regarding the Dispute Resolution, Class Action Waiver, and Governing Law (section 3 of General Terms) will be effective as of May 1st, 2024. For new users, Section 3 of the General Terms will be effective upon your acceptance to the Terms. Your continued use of CLO after the effective dates of the respective updated terms means that you accept those terms. Please note that during the sign-up process, you may also be asked to agree to the updated Terms of Use.
