Main purpose of the position:
This is a full time role for a mid to senior level candidate who is meticulous with details and driven by the pattern making aspect of the design process. This process will play a key role in improving overall fit and aesthetic of Proto samples, to increasing overall speed to market. The person in this role will bring with them drive and passion for developing technically sound garments with fabulous fit that cater to the brands requirement. This position requires an out of the box thinker who can collaborate with the existing team, outside vendors and across all levels of the organization.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
· Create and adjust first patterns in digital CLO3D software
· Create a 3D rendering of pattern to review with customer and internal teams
· Communicate with vendors to ensure desired fit and design intent is executed in 1st proto stage
