About the Role

Spirit Jersey is seeking a CLO 3D Expert with a strong background in pattern making and technical design to join our innovative product development team. This role is pivotal in shaping the fit and visual representation of our garments in a 3D environment, ensuring that each piece reflects the Spirit Jersey aesthetic while meeting our high standards for comfort and quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Create accurate and visually compelling 3D garments using CLO 3D

• Pattern make and lead the fit development through CLO 3D

• Refine garment fits through virtual fittings and provide actionable feedback to improve construction and silhouette.

• Develop and maintain a digital library of 3D assets including avatars, trims, and fabric simulations.

• Partner with design and merchandising teams to visualize colorways, graphics, and styling options in 3D.

• Create new digital textures to apply to fabric

• Support the transition from concept to production by ensuring 3D outputs align with physical garment specs.

• Separate/ prep art work in illustrator and photoshop to apply in CLO 3D

• Create construction pages and art placements of styles

• Spec physical samples for in person fitting and evaluation

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in CLO 3D Technical design and or pattern making, with a portfolio showcasing fit-focused 3D garments.

• Strong foundation in pattern making and technical design; ability to interpret and troubleshoot patterns digitally.

• Deep understanding of garment construction, fabric properties, and fit standards.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and familiarity with PLM systems.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
