Job Descriptions
1. Understand customer and designer needs to provide design and
development services with CAD/ AI/CLO/Photoshop software to meet their
requirements.
根据客户与设计师需求，使用CAD/AI/CLO/Photoshop软件按要求完成产品
设计与开发工作。
2. Research and identify suitable product and market trends for customers
根据产品设计理念和市场需求，独立完成产品设计
3. Provide design advice to customers to establish and enhance customer
relations
为客户提供量身定制的设计建议，建立和加强客户关系
4. Communicate closely with the related department to ensure the quality of
design works
与相关执行部门密切沟通，保证设计作品的质量
5. Need to work on research for both in house and customer collection
需要为公司内部顾客和外部顾客提供服装设计调研。
6. Perform other duties as assigned by Management
完成上级交代的其他工作
Requirements
1. Diploma or Above in Design
设计专业大专以上学历
2. At least 1 years’ CAD/CLO Design experience of relevant products, open
to candidates with less sweater experience.
1年以上的相关产品工作经验,较少毛衫经验也可。
3. Well known to use CAD, AI, Photoshop software.
至少熟悉CAD/CLO/AI/Photoshop其中一个软件。
4. Understanding garment pattern making, as well as basic knowledge of
garment production process.
了解服装纸样制作工艺，以及服装生产过程的基础知识
5. Good command of written English，literate in Microsoft office programs；
良好的英语读写能力，熟练操作办公软件；
6. Good communication skill, customer oriented, self-motivated, team player
and problem solver, be able to work under pressure.
良好的沟通能力，顾客导向，自我激励，团队合作精神，善于解决问题，能
适应在压力环境下工作。
7. Travel is required if needed

工作地点在东莞常平镇沙湖口村圣旗路工业园B栋
薪资架构为基本工资8-9K，固定13M签合同上，再加年终奖。
