Digital Fashion Demonstrator (0.4 FTE (2 years fixed term contract)

  • Grade 5 - £30,487 - £34,980 per annum, pro rata

  • 35 days annual leave plus 11 public holidays per annum, pro rata


We are offering an exciting opportunity to join Glasgow School of Art’s well-regarded Technical Team in a new role supporting and developing Digital Fashion.

 

You will have significant experience using industry-standard 3D virtual clothing software such as CLO3D, an excellent understanding of digital and physical garment construction workflows and the ability to share this knowledge with students. You will bring experience in delivering engaging technical training and producing high-quality accessible learning resources.

 

You will be working as part of the Fashion team, which includes specialist technicians in pattern cutting and garment construction. Our Fashion workshop is well-resourced, and the team work closely with the Textile workshop team. As this is a new role, you will play a crucial part in defining how digital fashion is developed at GSA.
